Violations of our system or network security are prohibited and may result in criminal charges and / or civilians.

Examples include, but are not limited to the following: unauthorized access, interference with service to any user, host or network including, mail bombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to overload the server and broadcast attacks.

Backups

Hosting Pro World performs daily backups on all servers to ensure critical files are not lost in case of emergency.

Anyway Pro World Hosting is NOT responsible for lost data, time, profits or other resources because of some fortuitous failure of our backups.

It is the responsibility of each client keep current a copy of your site, files and databases for any emergency that might happen.

It also clarifies that Pro World hosting daily backups are ONLY for use within our servers and in no way be offered to any customer (no exceptions) any copy of these backups to any other type of digital media (CD, ZIP, DVD, etc.).
